From June 10 to June 15, food enthusiasts can enjoy a modern twist on traditional Vietnamese dishes, including phở and roasted duck rolls. Reservations open June 6, with limited seating available. The Vietnamese street food concept Little C will reopen at Crustacean Beverly Hills for a limited engagement from June 10 to June 15, 2025. Following the overwhelming success of its initial debut earlier this year, the pop-up is set to attract food enthusiasts once again with its modern take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Reservations for Little C will become available on June 6 at 5:00 p.m. through the restaurant’s official website. The first 40 parties to secure a reservation will be guaranteed seating. After the initial reservations are filled, customers will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, making it essential for fans to act quickly to avoid disappointment.
Little C will be open exclusively during lunch hours, showcasing a variety of Vietnamese street food. The menu will continue to feature phở in three different varieties, each served with an assortment of fresh herbs and trimmings. Additionally, guests can enjoy specialties such as roasted duck rolls, crispy Banh Hoi wrapped tiger prawns, and calamari muc noung, all designed to deliver an authentic street food experience.
In keeping with the vibrant street culture of Vietnam, the pop-up will also serve specially crafted boozy drinks, including a lime Soda Chan, inspired by traditional street vendors in Hanoi, and a refreshing Mint Cafe Co Ba served handsomely in a coconut.
