Gearys Beverly Hills celebrates the opening of a new Patek Philippe boutique on Rodeo Drive. Spanning 1,862 square feet, this store enhances Gearys’ luxury offerings and showcases a commitment to high-end watchmaking, alongside an event space and rooftop garden for an exceptional customer experience.
This month, Gearys Beverly Hills expanded its luxury offerings with the launch of a new boutique dedicated to the prestigious Swiss watchmaker Patek Philippe. Situated at 314 N. Rodeo Drive, the boutique occupies 1,862 square feet of space and is positioned right next to Gearys’ existing Rolex boutique, which covers an impressive 6,200 square feet and opened in December.
The introduction of the Patek Philippe boutique marks a significant milestone for Gearys, as it becomes the fifth luxury store operated by the retailer, further solidifying its presence in the Beverly Hills area, where three of its luxury stores are located. The flagship Gearys store at 351 N. Beverly Drive has had a partnership with Patek Philippe since 2004, illustrating a long-standing commitment to offering top-tier watch brands.
The boutique is designed to enhance the shopping experience, featuring a rooftop garden and an event space to host exclusive gatherings. This thoughtful design choice aims to create a unique atmosphere for customers, reflecting the elegance and sophistication associated with the Patek Philippe brand.
Thomas Blumenthal, the president and CEO of Gearys, expressed pride in the close relationship with Patek Philippe. He highlighted the shared values of tradition, excellence, and timelessness between the two brands. This alignment is intended to resonate with customers who prioritize these qualities in luxury items.
Founded in 1930 by H.L. Geary, the company began its journey as an art supply and gift shop. Over the years, Gearys has evolved into a premier retailer specializing in luxury dinnerware, stemware, home décor, and jewelry. The company has successfully adapted to the changing landscape of luxury retail, adding high-end watch brands such as Patek Philippe and Rolex to its inventory.
Under the leadership of Thomas Blumenthal, who is the grandson of the founder, Gearys has expanded its operations beyond Beverly Hills, with additional locations in Century City and Santa Monica. This strategic growth reflects Gearys’ dedication to meeting the demands of a discerning clientele looking for luxury goods and exceptional customer service.
The introduction of the Patek Philippe boutique is expected to enhance Beverly Hills’ reputation as a luxury shopping destination. With an increasing number of affluent customers seeking exclusive high-end brands, Gearys’ expansion adds to the variety and specialty of luxury offerings available in the area. This move is anticipated to not only attract local shoppers but also draw international visitors who associate Beverly Hills with luxury and prestige.
As Gearys continues to grow its brand and product offerings, it remains focused on providing an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the values of quality and craftsmanship synonymous with luxury brands like Patek Philippe. The new boutique is set to be a pivotal addition to the company’s portfolio and the broader Beverly Hills luxury retail landscape.
