During this pop-up, Moody Tongue will take over the lounge at the Four Seasons, presenting a menu that features high-end sushi paired with inventive Tokyo-meets-LA beer selections curated by chef Hiromi Iwakiri. The menu spotlights creative sushi dishes that push the boundaries of traditional sushi preparations, such as Ora King salmon topped with black truffle and mushroom duxelle, as well as a handcrafted scallop hand roll paired with fresh snap peas and corn.

Accompanying the sushi offerings, Moody Tongue will showcase a selection of beers with Asian influences, including a juiced lychee IPA and a pressed Asian pear saison that has been aged in Sangiovese wine barrels.
